MAC Eye shadows

Recently, I ordered four new MAC eye shadows for my palette, Amber lights, Rule, Cranberry and Coppering. All of which are new to me and will make a great addition to my palette. When you look at them you would think I got my seasons mixed up. It looks like I am preparing for fall instead of spring, but I'm not. These colors I think are great all year round colors and the can be paired with several other colors to create any look. I ordered mine from maccosmetics.com since I only have a MAC counter near me. I do not like depotting eye shadows, so I would much rather buy them in pan form then in a pot. Also, the cost is much cheaper in pan form, they are $10 and in pot form they are $16. MAC also offers free shipping if you order straight from them and so does Nordstrom.

Cranberry

From top to bottom Coppering, Amber lights, Rule and Cranberry

Now, for the colors Rule is a matte orange and it is highly pigmented. It is a beautiful color that would look great on so many people I have fair skin and blue eyes and this color makes my eyes really stand out. If you have warmer skin and brown eyes this color is going to be amazing on you. Amber light is another beautiful color It is slightly darker then both Urban Decay Half baked and Too Faced Honey Pot. Next, is coppering and I love this color, I didn't expect to love it as much as I do. It is highly pigmented but easy to blend out, this is another color that would be great for a large range of skin tones and eye colors. Last is Cranberry, which I have to say I was a little disappointed when I swatched it. I had do layer the color several times and still don't feel like it came out true to pan color. This is one I will have to play with a little more. So what do you guys think of the colors? If you have Cranberry let me know your thoughts on it.
