Watches??

I use to not be much of a watch person, until about two years ago. Right now I own two beautiful watches, one from Michael Kors and another from Fossil. The question is, how many watches are too many? I was looking online at Nordstrom today and saw that they have a whole bunch of new accessories. Then it happened, I saw all the new watches and again that question came to mind. How many watches is too many? Is there a thing as too many? Just look, these are some of the prettiest watches I have seen in years.

New Year's Resolution?

This year instead of making a New Year's Resolution to lose weight, like so many people do we should all set a goal to be a better version of who we already are. We should all try to be healthier, kinder, and to be beautiful from the inside out. My main goal for the year is to take better care of myself. I promised myself I would eat better, but to not deprive my self of some indulgences. I promised myself I would exercise more and to try to stress less. Since making these goals I have been eyeing some new workout clothes from Zella and Under Armour. Nordstrom has a bunch of new items in and they are really great colors that make you think of spring. These are some of my picks.

 

Charlotte Tilbury: Nude Kate Kissing Lipstick



 



Nude Kate is my first lipstick to try by Charlotte Tilbury and at $32 a lipstick it is kind of pricey, but well worth it. I choose this color first because it is part of The Rock Chick look, which is my favorite of all her looks. I plan on buying the whole set because I think it is such a gorgeous look. This lipstick is also her most sold lipstick color. First thing about this product I noticed is the packaging it's her signature rose gold packaging, just beautiful. To test the lipstick I always swatch it on my hand first and then on my lips. One swipe on my hand and I was like wow, because it was so smooth and pigmented. The color itself is beautiful, but it is slightly darker of a nude color then I am use too. I think this work be a great nude for a lot of different skin tones since it is a darker nude. This is what I would call a "True nude". I thought there would be a little hint of pink by the way it looks in the tube, but their is not. As for the application on the lips it goes on really smooth and it does show up slightly lighter on the lips, then it does in the swatch. The wear time is hard for me to say and that's only because I drink nonstop through out the day. I don't think there is a lip product out there that can stay on my lips. So I reapply a lot.  I really want to get the Blondie lip lacquer from the Rock Chick look too,  because it looks so good on the model.
